WinVEO Version 1.3 has been released! Version 1.3
provides support for viewing and verifying all Version 2.0 Specification VEO's. This includes :
- The ability to view the new metadata for version 2.0 VEO's
- The files associated with each VEO and the changes that have been made to them over the life of the VEO
- The ability to verify Spec 2 VEOs (includes verification of the new lock signature block)

A new release of WinVEO is available!
This is a patch release and contains various fixes as well as some new features. To see all the changes have a look here.

The highly acclaimed WinVEO program has now achieved VERS certification. VERS records generated by the program now comply to the VERS Standard V1.2.
This is a significant step forward for the product and means that digital records now can be captured straight from the desktop in a VERS format. These records have, due to the nature of the VERS standard, improved accessibility, integrity and authenticity.
Certification Specifics
WinVEO has achieved certification for the management of metadata (Specification 2) and for the generation of VERS records in VEO format (Specification 3) for Version 1.2 of the VERS Standard (View certification document).
